15 Month Update

It's time to have an update. It's long overdue! Hm... What's up with Sebby lately?

weight: 21 lbs 10 oz
height: 31.25"
head: 19.25"
10 teeth (top 4 bottom 6) with at least 4 more spurting out. It's hard to get his mouth open wide to count without getting hurt. Yes, he bites hard, REAL HARD
He can walk by himself for a short distance before dropping his butt. He also drops his butt and starts crawling when he sees something he's interested in on the floor
He likes to poke the electrical outlets with his fingers. DANGEROUS!
He likes to yank out his socks. When you take a leak and come back, his socks are on the floor already

His most common vocabularies:

ball-ball: he looks for the ball and throw
kiss-kiss: he gives you a MUAH
dung-dung (light in Cantonese): he looks up to the ceiling light
chuen-chuen (spinning in Cantonese): he looks up to find the ceiling fan
Ah-Mah: he calls granny when she feeds him sometimes. Yes, need to bribe him with food. :D
Ho-Yeh (Awesome in Cantonese): he claps his hands sometimes.
A: He doesn't say it often, but it's from the toy that says "A says A, and A says Ah..."
Bye-Bye: He opens and folds his hands, but he's doing it less and less frequently
High-5: He actually does a high-5 with you
Bei (Give in Cantonese): he would hand over whatever he has in his hand (most of the time)

He cries out loud with tears when he sees his nemesis:

Dr Yau. Whenever Dr Yau comes into the room, he would start crying!
Nurses with needles
Strangers who wear black (or just dark colors?) at night
Strangers who get too close to him
When other babies cry, he joins the crowd

We hired a nanny who started last Friday (1/2). He started crying when she tried to hold him. "Alert! A stranger is approaching. I am freaking out...NOW!" The nanny started playing with him, and it only took him several minutes before he stopped crying. So much for his stranger anxiety. He's such an easy kidn@pping target!
