Are You a Good Sucker?

A shout out to Wendy who recommended Nosefrida, a nasal aspirator, to me. I was not a believer until it became available at WholeFoods recently. Nosefrida works like a charm. A lot more mucus comes by using this than using the traditional syringe.

One caveat though. Its effectiveness only depends on how hard you suck. Sometimes I wish there's a little pump out there for some gentle suction. But of course, there's no such thing right now. So, it comes down to this: Are you a good sucker?
